After traveling and experiencing fine cuisine in multiple cities, Chef Paul D. Palomino returned home to the Central Valley in Fresno, California to open his restaurant in Fresno’s Tower District. Palomino’s, opened in 2004, became a popular fine dining establishment that featured locally grown produce and an expansive menu.

With the restaurant now closed, Chef Paul is focused on sharing his culinary skills to cater your next gathering, be it a wedding, corporate event, family reunion, graduation party, or a “just because” get together. Each experience is orchestrated with the Chef and client to assure your event is as great as you want it to be. It is an honor for Chef Paul to be part of each one of your celebrations that you want to pair with great food.
